happiness

In life, people are required to have a target and a goal to achieve maximum survival. To meet it all, people must have a good driving factors as a guide, the spirit, as well as other supporting factors. In my opinion, there are ten of the most important factors that can support the realization of the creation of life is maximized, namely:
   1.  Happiness
   2.  Family
   3.  Religion/faith
   4.  Patience
   5.  Work hard
   6.  Responsibility
   7.  Knowledge
   8.  Honestly
   9.  Sincerity
   10. Healthy

Of the ten things at the top, the most important and interesting to discussed in my opinion is point number one, which is happiness. I choose happiness because happiness is the goal of all processes of life so it is very interesting to discuss. In my opinion, there will not be an idea to run something on purpose to be happy.

Talking about happiness, it will pose some questions, that what is happiness? What kind of happiness it? Who would be a major factor in creating happiness? of these questions, I will try to answer one by one.

In my opinion, happiness is something we can feel in our hearts and minds, through what we love, dreams and we want to achieve satisfaction. Happiness can be obtained from how we think about something instead of situations that make us happy as wealth, power, friendship and others. It was only a contributing factor in shaping a person's happiness. Every human being must want happiness and have a purpose in life to be happy.

I’m sure that everyone wants to have happiness and find a way to create it. When everyone wants to have happiness, but why precisely many of those who feel they are not happy? Is it true that they are not actually being happy or unhappy, but himself is not aware of such happiness? It belongs to happiness and the right of all people, and therefore we do not ever think people do  not happy because the suggestion of themselves and your mind that makes you never feel happy. Happiness must be created by ourselves through willpower, effort, and confidence in achieving real happiness. If we had tasted something unpleasant from small things simple, then that's emerging positive energy within us so that from it can make us feel happy and our feeling can create happiness.

Researchers  trying to dig up the difference between a happy life and meaningful life. The choice between the two, which one can help people become better?

According to Roy Baumeister, a professor of psychology from Florida State University in America, there are some differences between a happy life and meaningful life. Braumeister and his research team surveyed 397 adults, find the relationship between levels of happiness, meaning and purpose, as well as some aspects of their lives, such as behavior, mood, romantic relationships, health, work, and creativity.
Well, at the end of the study, the researchers found five big difference between a happy life and meaningful life:

1.      People who are happy will try to fulfill their wishes and needs, but they do not necessarily achieve a meaningful life. For example, people who are happy trying to stay healthy, get richer, and simplify their lives. However, these things do not necessarily make their lives meaningful.
2.      Happily life involve things that are focused on the present. While the more comprehensive meaning of life: involving it in the past, present, future, and all the linkages among the three.
3.      Meaningful life can be achieved with giving something to others, and live happily came precisely when someone gives us something.
4.      Life will make you always feel meaningful challanged, but sometimes also depressed. The level of fear, stress and anxiety related to how meaningful a person's life.
5.       Freedom of expression is an important thing in meaningful life, but not in a happy life do something to express themselves and maintain self-identity will make your life meaningful, but not necessarily make you happy.

From the research I became more aware that our life should be meaningful, but I personally think a burden that the stronger a person's life will take a value of happiness which is very expensive. Happiness is more meaningful if we can achieve with difficulty or failure. so that the current gain and feel the happiness we feel incredible. Certainly before feel the happiness that we have to know the meaning of happiness according to our own so that we could reach the point of definition of happiness itself, but also the happiness not only belong to those who succeed but who are grateful for what he achieved though not like what he wants.

In my opinion, the following are three things to do to be someone who is happy

1.      Deepen the religious knowledge
Keep thinking with negative feelings will only make us more and more into the negativity itself, bring together and deepen themselves with religion will be able to help you achieve inner happiness, inner will feel happy to be able to spur yourself to feel happy hormones that trigger positive for work better. steps to nourish your mind and conscience is forgiveness, because forgiveness is one way is right and good to achieve happiness.

2.      Stop feeling jealousy towards something / someone
Jealousy is the result of thinking that compare or assess our own happiness with those around us. Feel jealousy will only make you feel inferior and make up your mind burdened. Rather than letting our minds become jealous and make you feel bad you should probably turn thought into motivation to work harder and focus on your goals.

3.      Be optimist
A person who remains optimistic is a pretty good thing to obtain your goals and stay focused on the purpose of your life. Optimistic conditions will affect your feelings to always work optimally to achieve the goal of life that leads to happiness yourself.

If we have a calm mind, peaceful and full of confidence, then the factors supporting the happiness will be very influential. as an analogy, the clothes are cheap but presentable will feel more comfortable than expensive clothes but tangled. as well as happiness, the poor who have the peace of mind will be happier than the rich people who have no peace of mind.

Sick person who has peace of mind will be happier than healthy people who have a stressed mind.

So even with people who have few friends but has peace would be happier than those who have a lot of friends, but do not have peace.


However, without a peaceful mind, wealth, health and friends did not mean anything.

The third potential it becomes useless when we did not achieve peace of mind.

in conclusion, I quote the following sentence "The higher level of peace of mind, the greater the peace that we feel, the greater our ability to enjoy life a happy and pleasant" (Dalai Lama).

And the start is to control, regulate what is in your mind so you become grateful figure in the main objective happiness in the can of factors supporting such happiness. In the process to reach the point of happiness do it with work hard, never give up, diligent and get closer to the belief  of God (religion) then you will feel grateful to be the one full of happiness.
